I had a pretty decent stay! The hotel's location in downtown is super convenient, plus they have parking, which made getting around a breeze. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was just the right size for me. Oh, and the breakfast? Totally awesome! They changed up the menu daily, which I really appreciated.

But, there were some hiccups. The breakfast staff could use some training—one guy was just rude and inflexible. Plus, some basic breakfast items were missing, and I was frustrated with how quickly they shut down the coffee machine. the pillows were way too soft for my liking. Everything else was okay, but those little things added up!

I greatly enjoyed its reasonably spacious and modern rooms.

nothing to complain about, the venue met standard. modern and great hotel, i had a very pleasant stay. i booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control, flat screen tv with cable channels, and a fridge. the location was favourable and unbeatable, the staff were welcoming.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was absolutely great, it had favourable location near almost all attractions as well as Tainan. Confucius Temple was right by the venue, appreciated its location in the middle of jackson.

Good, absolutely perfect location just next door to almost all attractions as well as Tainan. Also, in the middle of the city. Clean room, shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. A wide array of goodies for breakfast;)))
